Hi, I'm Anja, a certified life coach and well-being specialist in Amsterdam. With over a decade of experience as an occupational therapist and coach, I deeply understand the challenges that can affect mental health and well-being. I’m passionate about helping individuals overcome challenges and reduce stress so they can create a happier and healthier life. 


As an Expat myself, I also understand the challenges that can come with living abroad. I am German and lived for three years in Los Angeles before we moved to Amsterdam in 2020.

Many people struggle to manage their responsibilities and find joy in life when faced with difficult circumstances and uncertainty. When we're exposed to high levels of stress for an extended period, it can take a toll on our physical, mental, and emotional health.


In recent years the number of people that experience long periods of high stress or are even at risk of burnout has risen.


There are tools and techniques that are proven to be helpful in reducing stress and increasing mental and emotional well-being. Coaching is a powerful way to gain deeper insights and self-awareness. MY COACHING APPROACH 


My 1:1 coaching sessions are customized to my client's specific needs. In my coaching sessions, I provide a supportive and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their thoughts and emotions and gain a deeper understanding of themselves. My approach is characterized by warmth, empathy, compassion, and humor. I am fluent in English and German and can conduct sessions in either language.
